These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website tldify.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by TLDify (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Services

TLDify offers domain-brokerage services, including but not limited to:

  • Domain Sourcing
  • Domain Valuation & Appraisal
  • Targeted Email Outreach
  • Deal Negotiation & Transfer

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

2. Registration & Account

To request a domain valuation or strategy consultation, you may be required to register an account and provide accurate, up-to-date contact and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Fees & Payment

  • All fees are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is due upon invoice; late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
  • We may require an advance deposit before initiating services.
  • Domain acquisition costs (purchase price, escrow fees, registry fees) are billed separately and are your sole responsibility.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and trademarks (“IP Content”), is owned by or licensed to TLDify. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. User Conduct

By using our Site and services, you agree that you will not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Interfere with the operation of the Site or our services
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Site

6. Client Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate specifications and requirements for any domain sourcing or valuation request
  • Respond promptly to our inquiries and requests for information
  • Maintain secure escrow accounts and follow all transfer instructions to complete transactions

7. Disclaimers

  • No Guarantee of Acquisition: While we use best efforts to source and secure domains, we cannot guarantee availability or successful acquisition of any particular domain.
  • Valuation Estimates: Domain valuations are estimates based on available data and are not warranties of market price or performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TLDify and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from your access to or use of the Site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TLDify and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
